However, playing in the NBA isn’t the only goal the French superstar has in mind. He’s already thinking about the 2024 Summer Olympics, which will be held in Paris.
And Wembanyama has one specific goal in mind for the 2024 Games.
“You know the Olympics are in Paris in 2024,” Wembanyama told French broadcaster Pascal Giberné last fall, via ESPN. “And there could be no more perfect occasion for me to win my first title with the French national team.

John Kruk, the former Philadelphia Phillies legend who nearly got killed by Randy Johnson, is OVER MLB’s new pitching rules.
The ex-big leaguer was on the call for the Phillies-Diamondbacks game Wednesday afternoon, and proceeded to lose his mind over a chaotic sequence in the 10th inning involving Phillies pitcher Craig Kimbrel.
In short, the All-Star closer was issued a ball and nobody — including Kimbrel, manager Rob Thompson or Kruk — knew why.
And Kruk decided enough was ENOUGH.
“Dear crap almighty!” Kruk said before unleashing hell.

Introducing slap-fighting into the mainstream through Power Slap is White’s objective. On the surface, that seems unrealistic. But White has made a career out of accomplishing the impossible.
Hours before the Power Slap 2 event, White spoke with Sports Illustrated and offered a glimpse into how and why he promotes fights. He also shared his excitement for all things Power Slap, touched on the most pressing UFC issues surrounding Jon Jones and Conor McGregor, and detailed the departure of Francis Ngannou.
Coaches around the NFL are discussing the NFL’s new kickoff rule, but mostly in private. The consensus from those around the league: coaches generally hate it. Most don’t want to say it out loud, like Bills head coach Sean McDermott. But Chiefs head coach Andy Reid doesn’t care if there are repercussions.
On Wednesday, Reid addressed the new rule and suffice to say, he doesn’t like it.
“My thing is, where does it stop right?” Reid said. “We start taking pieces and we’ll see how this goes.
Tyreek Hill and D.K. Metcalf have long debated over who is the fastest. They both claim to be the speediest player in the NFL, but they obviously cannot share that title. It needs to be put to the test.
However, according to Metcalf, Hill has been ducking him for years.
At a 6-foot-4, 236 pounds, Metcalf is astonishingly fast. His ability to burn defensive backs on a go route has dazzled football fans for years.
