In his recent 2026 NFL mock draft for CBS Sports, Mike Renner has the Denver Broncos adding a new weapon for third-quarterback Bo Nix.
With the 30th overall pick in the first round of Renner’s mock, the Broncos select Indiana wide receiver Omar Cooper (6-0, 204 pounds), who just won a national championship with the Hoosiers.
“Cooper is the best YAC weapon in the class, making him a perfect fit for Sean Payton’s offense,” Renner wrote for CBS. “He also has exceptional hands, posting a career drop rate of just 4.2%.
