While the federal government investigates potential gambling activity connected to an NBA case that started with Toronto Raptors player Jontay Porter, there are concerns that a number of college basketball programs may be tied up in a potential ring as well. On Saturday, it was reported that Fresno State is investigating potential gambling activity that involves a few Bulldog players.
Before Fresno State was set to play Air Force today, it was announced that Jalen Weaver and Zaon Collins would not play due to an internal inquiry into betting activity that could involve the players.

The husband of a Baltimore Ravens employee is alleging that former NFL wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. had an affair with his wife.
Tony Martinez took to X on Saturday morning to put Smith Sr., now an employee of NFL Network, on blast. In a post that tagged a variety of people, businesses, and media outlets, including TMZ, ESPN, Antonio Brown, YETI Coolers and others, Martinez wrote:
“My wife works for the Marching Ravens @Ravens She met Steve Smith Sr at work. Steve Smith has been (expletive) my wife. I got receipts, I got a lot more homie.
Southern California is still dealing with the aftermath of the terrible wildfires that destroyed entire neighborhoods last month, and not long after the disaster occurred, the Los Angeles Kings announced plans to hold a celebrity hockey game.
Well, now we know who is playing in that game, and there are some big names spread out across four teams.
The event is called Skate for LA Strong and was announced last month by actor Will Arnett and Kings president Luc Robitaille, and is set to take place on Sunday.
