The full schedule for the 2025 NFL season will be unveiled at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, May 14, but some of the dates in the calendar will be filled in ahead of that point.
The league announced that the league’s six broadcast partners will each announce select games from the schedule from May 12-14. The league did not share which games will be announced, but did say that the designated visiting teams for the league’s international games will be revealed on NFL Network on Tuesday.
Designated home teams for those games have been revealed already.

With spring football practice and the NCAA spring transfer portal window in the rearview mirror, we’ve reached a (mostly) quiet part of the college football offseason. Teams will return after their post-spring ball break for summer workouts, and then fall camp and media days will be here before we know it.

Right now, Notre Dame baseball is hitting its stride, as they’ve won three straight ACC series with this past weekends the biggest, taking two of three from Louisville.
The Irish have an overall record of 26-19, and while it’s not overtly impressive, they’re making a run at the right time. According to D1Baseball, Notre Dame is currently on the outside looking in to make the tournament as one of the teams that are first four out, but that is extremely encouraging.

Joe Quenneville is officially returning to the National Hockey League.
After being reinstated by the league in 2024 following a ban over the handling of a sexual assault incident during his time with the Chicago Blackhawks, the Anaheim Ducks have named Quenneville — the second-winningest coach in NHL history.

Reports surfaced on Thursday that this hiring was imminent, and later in the day, the team made it official.
“I’m excited to join the Anaheim Ducks,” Quenneville said in a statement.

Damien Lehfeldt, the Chairman of the USA Fencing Board of Directors, testified at a DOGE House Subcommittee hearing on Wednesday about the organization’s policy that allows any male who “identifies” as a woman to compete in female events.
USA Fencing came under fire last month when Stephanie Turner, a woman, refused to face Redmond Sullivan, a “transgender woman” and biological male, in a women’s fencing bout. Turner took a knee in protest rather than contest the match.
