Terry McLaurin is coming off the best season of his six-year NFL career. Things couldn’t be any better for McLaurin. In addition to catching 13 regular-season touchdowns, he caught three more in the playoffs and helped lead the Washington Commanders to the NFC championship game. Off the field, McLaurin married his longtime girlfriend, Caitlin, in February.
So, what’s next for McLaurin? He could be in line for a brand new contract extension, making him one of the NFL’s highest-paid receivers. In June 2022, McLaurin signed a three-year extension worth up to $70 million.

Tottenhams worst-ever Premier League season confirmed
Tottenham have hit a grim milestone, slumping to a record 20th league defeat in what’s now officially their worst-ever Premier League season.
Eberechi Eze struck twice for Crystal Palace to earn the FA Cup finalists a 2-0 win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, leaving Spurs stuck in 17th place with their poor domestic form showing no signs of improvement.
It’s a new low for Tottenham, who have now suffered more defeats than in any other Premier League campaign, having previously lost 19 games in both 1993-94 and 2003-04.
Former Colorado Avalanche player and current Calgary Flames forward Nazem Kadri took a shot at his former team on Sunday, and the Dallas Stars didn’t let it go unanswered.
Following Mikko Rantanen’s three-point Game 3 performance against the Winnipeg Jets, Kadri took to X to remind the Avs of their wrongs.
“Rule number one: You always keep the dawgs … #96.”
Less than 30 minutes later, with the win already secured, the official Stars account replied with a single emoji, a dog, in reference to Kadri’s “dawgs” wording.
When it comes to Cincinnati Bengals undrafted free agents this year, names like Seth McLaughlin tend to rise above the rest.
But it seems that sleeping on defensive lineman Eric Gregory out of Arkansas could end up being a mistake.
It turns out that Gregory had a handful of other teams reaching out to him after he fell into the undrafted pool after seven rounds. But he chose the Bengals, as explained by Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com:
“Gregory had plenty of interest after the draft. He counted five or six teams, but they passed him in the last round, and that helped the Bengals.

Sunday was Mother’s Day, so how about looking into an interview with Commanders‘ QB Jayden Daniels’ mom, Regina Jackson?
At the outset, Jackson conveyed that she doesn’t find her identity in being Jayden Daniels’ mom. Jackson reminded “The Pivot” hosts Ryan Clark and Fred Taylor, “I had Jayden. Jayden didn’t have me.”
Jackson expressed that she wanted to be involved with Jayden’s youth sports from the start, but didn’t want to be a nagging or negative parent.
SEATTLE – At the quarter pole of MLB’s season, the Yankees are generally trending upward.
After 40 games, the defending AL champs (23-17) are two games ahead in a mediocre AL East, and have some reinforcements coming, such as infielder DJ LeMahieu and reliever Jonathan Loaisiga.
And they’ve got the resources to swing a trade to bolster their rotation before Aug. 1, which could be critical to their climb back to the World Series.
So, 40 games into the 2025 campaign, let’s evaluate how certain Yankees are trending since Opening Day.
