The 2025 WNBA Draft is just weeks away, and with March Madness winding down, eligible players are deciding whether or not to declare for the pros. With the extra year of COVID eligibility still lingering for some, plus redshirt years from injuries, there are many college seniors that are deciding to come back to college instead of heading to the WNBA.

Proctor was an expected one-and-done after reclassifying to begin his Duke career in 2022, which was Jon Scheyer’s first year coaching the team. It didn’t go as planned.

STARKVILLE — Mississippi State women’s basketball starting center Madina Okot has entered the transfer portal, a team spokesperson told the Clarion Ledger on Friday.
It’s a big loss for the Bulldogs and coach Sam Purcell, who are now slated to lose their top four scorers from this season’s team that reached the NCAA tournament second round.
Okot joined MSU (22-12) this season from Kenya and broke out as a dominant post player. The 6-foot-6 center started all 34 games and averaged 11.3 points, 9.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game.
When the Dallas Cowboys inked Trevon Diggs to a massive five-year, $97 million contract in the summer of 2023, it was hailed as a major win for the star-studded franchise. At the time Diggs’ average annual compensation ranked just fifth at the cornerback position, which was considerably below many market value forecasts.
The former All-Pro had just recently set the league on fire by logging 11 interception in a single season. His ability to go from out-of-phase to in-phase combined with his innate ball skills made him an interception machine in the Cowboys secondary.
