It’s almost time for NASCAR’s Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway in Ridgeway, Virginia. No. 1 seed Auburn will play No. 5 Michigan this Friday night in the men’s NCAA tournament Sweet 16 South Regional semi-final. The winner will then head to the Elite Eight where they’ll face the winner of Friday’s Michigan State vs. Ole Miss matchup.

No. 4 Maryland will play No. 1 South Carolina in the women’s NCAA Tournament‘s Sweet 16 on Friday, Mar. 28 in a game that will be broadcast on ESPN. The two teams will tip off at 5 p.m. ET from Birmingham, AL, and the winner will play in Sunday’s Elite Eight game against the winner of UNC vs. Duke.
