All weeks on the PGA Tour are not created equal. This isn’t some new development, it has been this way forever, but man does the schedule and venue do no favors for the American Express. More on that, and a freshly bald-headed Sepp Straka cruising to victory, to come down below.
Speaking of the schedule, the Tour was forced to move The Genesis out of Los Angeles due to the wildfires, and while no official word has been made about where next month’s event will be held, it’s being reported that Torrey Pines will play host.

After his most bitter defeat of the season, one which dashed his team’s championship hopes and ended its season, Houston Texans coach DeMeco Ryans opened his postgame press conference in front of a room full of reporters this way:
“First off, I always want to give honor and glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the many, many blessings,” Ryans said. “He has blessed me with and blessed our team. I am proud of our guys. Good year. It was good to be here in this spot. Unfortunately, we didn’t get it done today. Congratulations to the Chiefs. They beat us today.

The 2025 NFL Playoff bracket is set for the AFC Championship and NFC Championship. The Philadelphia Eagles will host the Washington Commanders and the Kansas City Chiefs will host the Buffalo Bills.
The Chiefs have been favored to win the Super Bowl for much of the year, but the Championship weekend bracket has boosted the Eagles into favored status. If the Chiefs and Eagles face off in Super Bowl 59, Kansas City will likely be favored.

No one wants to forget Sunday’s loss to the Buffalo Bills more than Mark Andrews.
The Baltimore Ravens’ All-Pro tight end had a very tough fourth quarter. First, he lost a costly fumble that resulted in a Bills field goal to extend the deficit to 8 points. Then, with 1:33 left to play, Andrews dropped a would-be game-tying two-point conversion attempt to seal his team’s fate.
