Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka, ranked No. 3 in the world among female tennis players, reached the final of the Cincinnati Open by beating top-ranked Iga Świątek of Poland on Sunday. 
Sabalenka dominated Świątek, winning in straight sets (6-3, 6-3). 
That’s a big story in the tennis world, but viewers noticed something very interesting during the broadcast on TV.
It’s common for tennis broadcasts to show the players’ coach’s box, where the player’s coaches sit (obviously). Usually, it’s when the coaches are communicating with the players.

Current vice president and presidential candidate Kamala Harris is the queen of saying things that don’t make any sense. On Sunday afternoon, a high school football team in Pennsylvania got a chance to witness that firsthand. 
Harris was speaking to members of the Aliquippa High School football team while she was making a campaign through Pennsylvania. Why this school would agree to make their kids suffer through this interaction after a physically demanding practice is beyond me.
Harris was trying to say something motivational to inspire the team before their season starts in short order.

Golf is one of the most individualized sports in existence, since each athlete relies on themselves for the outcome. But that doesn’t mean they’re alone all the time.
Each player at least has a caddie on the course, and a coach usually makes the trip to a tournament for extra guidance. However, Hideki Matsuyama didn’t have either at his disposal at the FedEx St. Jude Championship.
All three men in Matsuyama’s camp were robbed in London, earlier this week, and his caddie and coach lost their passports.

Hideki Matsuyama’s week began and ended with plenty of stress.
His caddy and coach had their passports robbed in London, leaving Matsuyama without his looper for the FedEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis.
