Jackie Taylor — daughter of slain former NFL player Sean Taylor — has found a perfect way to honor her father’s memory.
Jackie is set to begin her freshman season on the University of North Carolina’s volleyball team. There, she’ll wear No. 21, the same number Sean wore with the then-Washington Redskins. She wore both No. 1 and 21 while playing for her dad’s alma mater of Gulliver Prep in Miami, where he wore No. 1 on the football team.
Sean was murdered during a home invasion in 2007 when Jackie was only 18 months old.
