It was inevitable that golf was going to be discussed during the Presidential Debate on Thursday night. On one side, you have Donald Trump, who may play more golf than any current or former elected official ever, always at the ready to talk about winning club championships. Then you have Joe Biden, who still likes to play, although his game is more like ‘hit it, find it, and go hit it again,’ which is not unlike most other 81 year olds out there.

Not every pick from the first round is perfect, but these ones sure are.

Hunter has skills on both sides of the ball, but what’s his best fit at the next level?
When the 2025 NFL draft rolls around, teams will have to make one fascinating decision regarding Colorado’s Travis Hunter:

Here’s our first projection of the 2025 NBA Draft.
The 2024 NBA Draft never had a consensus No. 1 overall prospect at any point in the cycle. That won’t be the case next year. Caitlin Clark’s long-term greatness for the WNBA has become fairly apparent, just halfway through Clark’s rookie year.
And Clark just added to her strong case for Rookie of the Year after hitting an impressive milestone on Thursday.
Facing the Seattle Storm on Thursday, Clark officially became the fastest player to reach 300 points, 100 assists and 100 rebounds in WNBA history.
Talk about doing it all.
As relayed by Across the Timeline, Clark accomplished the feat in 19 games, beating out former Charlotte Sting (now defunct) rookie Andrea Stinson’s 22 games.
