Cooper Flagg exited Duke’s ACC tournament opener against Georgia Tech after suffering a sprained ankle while grabbing a rebound in the first half. Flagg was seen in a wheelchair as he went to the locker room, but returned to the floor where he was standing and cheering on his teammates.

Duke star Cooper Flagg suffered a scary injury Thursday against Georgia Tech in the ACC Tournament.
The freshman phenom and projected first overall pick in the NBA Draft went down hard while grabbing a rebound in the first half, and immediately grabbed his ankle and foot in serious pain.
Flagg was eventually carried to the locker by two teammates as Duke closed out the first half 31-26 to the Yellow Jackets.
