Shocking footage surfaced from a Northern California basketball game where a teenager stomped on a helpless opponent’s head, prompting an investigation from law enforcement into the senseless act of violence. 
In an ABC7 exclusive report, the family of the teenager who had his head stomped on, Seth Guingab, spoke out regarding the incident on July 22. Guingab suffered injuries to the side of his face and is experiencing headaches in the aftermath, presumed to be symptoms of a concussion.
