Sadly, common sense doesn’t always prevail in American society. Fortunately, though, common sense scored a big victory on Thursday when a federal court in Kentucky ruled that the Biden Administration’s re-write of Title IX, which changed “sex” to “gender identity,” cannot be enforced.
The Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), which argued on behalf of the plaintiffs in The State of Tennessee vs. Cardona, released a statement praising the decision.

Sports teams generally are a license to print money, whatever kind you like best – Dollars, Euros, Pounds, whatever. And owning an NFL team is especially profitable, as the 2025 edition of the Forbes Most Profitable teams list suggests.
The three most profitable teams in the world, per Forbes, are NFL teams. Those are the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots.
And that is not just American sports teams. We’re talking the Earth.

WWE’s highly anticipated Monday Night RAW debut on Netflix earlier this week delivered a rating that will make executives very happy.
In a new statement, the WWE announced that 2.6 million viewers either tuned in live or watched RAW within a 24-hour period, according to the ratings’ analyst firm VideoAmp. That number is a 116 percent increase from any RAW episode on the USA Network in 2024, and is the highest-rated one in the past five years. Internationally, over 4.9 million viewers tuned in.
