NBC may have an Olympic size problem for their upcoming Olympic Games.
Ahead of the relatively lackluster buzz of the Olympics, I asked the OutKick audience if they are excited about the 2024 Paris Summer Games and if they would even consider taking up AMC Theaters’ offer to allow fans to watch the games live at the movies (For a price, of course.)
The OutKick fans answer? A resounding “No,” and “No.” Yikes!
That’s definitely not great news for NBC, who will be broadcasting all the Olympic Games across their various platforms.
USA men’s hoops getting after it ahead of Sun
I didn’t expect to see a little F1-IndyCar cross-series smack-talking, but that’s what we appear to be getting courtesy of Williams driver Logan Sargeant and ex-F1 driver turned Andretti Global IndyCar driver Marcus Ericsson.
IndyCar is taking a break because of the Olympic coverage that will take over the networks of the series’ broadcast partner NBC. Meanwhile, Formula 1 is in Belgium this weekend for its last race before it takes summer break.
