It started three weeks ago, back when rumors of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift dating were a small, simmering chatter. I knew that the only way to get real information about what Swifties think of Kelce would be to go undercover to the source, to turn over every rock, to meet them on their own turf.
Joining wasn’t difficult, but ingratiating myself to the Swifties was going to be one of my most difficult assignments. It felt like that moment in a mob movie where the protagonist gets caught as he has to wear a wire.

The Jets are signing veteran quarterback Trevor Siemian pending a physical, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.
Siemian entered the league in 2015 and started 24 total games for the Broncos in ’16 and ’17, throwing for 30 touchdowns and 24 interceptions with Denver. Since then, Siemian has bounced around the league as a backup, including a stint with the Jets in ’19 and time with the Vikings, Bears, Titans and Saints. He most recently spent preseason with the Bengals.

It all starts Friday at 7:35 a.m. local time, when the first foursome tees off. But with the Eastern Time Zone six hours behind Italy, the Ryder Cup will begin a little after 1:30 a.m. ET. American television coverage begins at 1:30 a.m.

Ohio State’s 17–14 win over Notre Dame Saturday night—achieved on a one-yard touchdown run by Buckeyes running back Chip Trayanum with a second to play—was dramatic enough on its own.
However, Ohio State coach Ryan Day heightened the game’s theatre mere moments after the game’s conclusion.
