The Week 4 college football slate might be the best of the season. We’ve got high-profile, early-conference showdowns in essentially every conference, as well as a massive nonconference clash between Notre Dame and Ohio State in South Bend.
In his final season, Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera received farewell gifts from every MLB team to celebrate such an illustrious career. While some clubs put a lot of thought into their gifts, like a Hollywood Star from the Dodgers and a guitar from the Guardians, the final team to give Cabrera a gift appeared to disappoint.
In Cabrera’s road series vs. the Athletics, Oakland presented the slugger with a simple bottle of wine signed by the team. However, the bottle of wine itself was not that rare, as it was a Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley that cost just $90 on the market.
In such a pivotal matchup of contrasting styles, both fighters have realistic paths to victory.
It was Stephen A. Smith versus the pressure, and the latter won.

ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith threw out the first pitch at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night ahead of New York’s contest with Toronto.
Baseball fans have certainly seen worse first pitch attempts than the one Smith provided on Thursday night, but there have also certainly been better attempts too.
Smith reacted to his one-bounce first pitch while visiting with the Yankees television booth on YES during the game.
“I was disgusted with myself,” Smith joked. “I said, ‘What the hell am I doing here?’ There’s no excuse…it was a choke job. Stephen A. choked a little bit.
