Seahawks safety Jamal Adams made a long-awaited return to the field on Monday night against the Giants, having not played in a game in 385 days after suffering a torn quadriceps tendon which ended his ‘22 season early.
His return was unfortunately short-lived, however, as he sustained a head injury on just his ninth snap back in action. Adams was placed in concussion protocol and quickly ruled out for the game.
When going to get examined for a possible concussion, a frustrated Adams could be seen shouting at the league’s unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant along the sidelines.
