Stephen Curry apparently can’t miss opportunities to mess with his former and current teammates whenever those situations present themselves.
Former Warriors player, and ex-teammate of Curry, Festus Ezeli now works as a sideline reporter for the team. While he was giving a report on Andrew Wiggins returning to the lineup on Wednesday night, Curry spotted him on the court.
Curry walked back and forth behind Ezeli while making a wide-eyed face with his mouth open.

Yankee Stadium and Juan Soto are a match made in MLB heaven
The biggest domino yet has fallen at the MLB Winter Meetings.
While it is no the highly-anticipated announcement regarding where Shohei Ohtani will be playing baseball next year, it is still a dramatic move. The San Diego Padres have traded slugger Juan Soto to the New York Yankees.
Throughout the day Wednesday, reporting from the MLB Winter Meetings indicated that the deal was nearing completion.
All-Star outfielder Juan Soto is headed to the Bronx after a year and a half in San Diego. Soto, 25, belted a career-high 35 home runs last season but the Padres finished third in the NL West.
The Yankees are expected to acquire star outfielder Juan Soto, along with outfielder Trent Grisham, from the Padres in exchange for five players, per multiple reports. San Diego will get pitchers Michael King, Drew Thorpe, Johny Brito, Randy Vásquez and catcher Kyle Higashioka back in the deal.
The New York Post’s Joel Sherman reported that the deal is now complete, while Sherman and Yes Network’s Jack Curry reported the full, seven-player package.
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James has already spewed an anti-gun rant in the wake of a shooting at UNLV’s campus.
On Wednesday morning, a suspect started firing shots and killed three people. Additionally, one other victim remains in critical condition. Because of this heartbreaking development, the Rebels and Dayton Flyers canceled their men’s basketball game scheduled for Wednesday evening.
However, James did not cancel his obligation to the media to complain about why guns are the problem and must be taken away.
LeBron James said that it was “senseless” that nothing continues to change when it comes to gun control in the United States in the wake of Wednesday’s mass shooting on the campus of UNLV that left three victims dead.
Count Danny Kanell among those who believe that ESPN had a say in the teams selected for the College Football Playoff. But, Kanell believes there is one person most responsible: Kirk Herbstreit.
Kanell joined OutKick’s Hot Mic with Chad Withrow and Jonathan Hutton and said that when it comes to college football, people view Herbstreit’s words as “gospel.” He noted that Herbstreit was the first to float the idea that Florida State might not make the College Football Playoff even if they went 13-0.
That’s correct.
The New York Yankees will already be the big winners of the offseason after the Juan Soto trade is officially completed.

But according to several reports Wednesday, their offseason acquisitions aren’t done there, despite a massive increase in payroll. According to Fangraphs’ Roster Resource, the Yankees salary commitments for 2024 were already around $247 million, with a luxury tax number of $257 million.
Former Jaguars employee Amit Patel is accused of stealing more than $22 million from the franchise, according to a report from Katie Strang and Kalyn Kahler at The Athletic.
Patel was employed by the Jaguars from 2018 to ’22, working his way up to the role of manager, financial planning and analysis, per the team’s media guides. According to the report, Patel was able to exploit the company’s virtual credit card program in order to purchase a range of items including “two vehicles, a condominium and a designer watch worth over $95,000.
Adam Silver compared himself (rather unexpectedly) to the late American diplomat Henry Kissinger on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
During an appearance on the popular sports talk show, host Pat McAfee asked the NBA commissioner if he ever gets involved in international relations matters with China. Unsurprisingly, the communist nation serves as the league’s biggest international partner. That frankly explains a lot of the NBA’s questionable business and PR decisions (more on that in a minute).
