Aaron Rodgers has emerged from the darkness, which puts him one step ahead of most writers I know. Rodgers spent a few days in a retreat, searching for clarity (and possibly a USB port). Now, he is out and ready to take on the world. Unless he isn’t.

Alabama freshman Brandon Miller scored a career-high 41 points in an overtime victory at South Carolina on Wednesday night. Miller is currently embroiled in a murder investigation involving former teammates Darius Miles and Michael Davis.
Despite his involvement, Alabama elected to allow Brandon Miller to play Wednesday night, and seemingly will continue to allow him to play.

During First Take on Wednesday, Reddick told Chris “Mad Dog” Russo that today’s NBA gameplay was harder for players and more physical.

The Hawks and former Jazz coach Quin Snyder have began formal discussions about the team’s coaching vacancy, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania. There is mutual interest on both sides.
