The Philadelphia Phillies lost their fourth straight game on Saturday and they did so thanks to an embarrassing error that just shouldn’t be committed by a professional baseball team.
In case you missed it, second baseman Bryson Stott, center fielder Brandon Marsh and right fielder Nick Castellanos failed to communicate on an easy pop up to short right and let the ball drop to the ground.
Guardians infielder Amed Rosario was on the move with two outs and was able to score all the way from first base on the play.

The 76ers and president Daryl Morey may have hopes and dreams of working things out with James Harden, while his teammates have the same feelings. But as the days go on, Harden seems to continue to point to the door and stand unwavering on his desire to be traded.
The latest proof of this comes in the form of Harden’s own social media accounts. As Sporting News revealed, the 33-year-old guard has removed everything Sixers-related from his Instagram and Twitter profiles.

After 12 years in the NBA, Kemba Walker is going overseas to play for AS Monaco in the Euroleague. The point guard made four NBA All-Star games in his career, but he has played in just 46 games over the past two years while battling injuries.
While Walker is on just a one-year deal with Monaco, the veteran said he isn’t sure if he will eventually return to the NBA.
“I’m not certain. I mean, the NBA is obviously the main goal, but I’ve played there for many years,” Walker said, via EuroHoops.net.
Sunday’s final round of the British Open has had very little drama, thanks to Brian Harman’s steady play after entering the final day with a five-stroke lead. The lefty had that same lead through the first 11 holes and should be able to hang on to win his first major championship.
While there haven’t been many fireworks, there have been a ton of commercial breaks during NBC’s coverage, which has made the final round very hard to watch. It seems like we’ve seen more ads and “Playing Through” segments than actual live golf, which isn’t great.

Lyles took home the bronze medal for the 200-meter race at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. His gold medal finish on Sunday in London was his fifth for the 200-meter at this competition.
Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has passed his physical ahead of training camp after recovering from offseason foot surgery, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports. Las Vegas will not place Garoppolo on the PUP list, allowing the quarterback to participate fully in practice.
After Garoppolo signed a three-year contract with the Raiders in March, the quarterback needed to undergo surgery to further repair his broken foot from last season. The surgery was serious enough that Las Vegas put a clause in the contract allowing them to waive Garoppolo without penalty if he couldn’t play this year.
