Despite his team’s sizable lead in the third quarter, AJ Brown was pissed that he wasn’t getting enough attention from Eagles QB Jalen Hurts.
It was pure diva behavior by Brown.
Philadelphia got off to a fast start in Thursday’s primetime game between the Eagles and Minnesota Vikings.
With a strong running game led by D’Andre Swift and DeVonta Smith obliterating the Vikings defense, AJ Brown took a backseat to the game plan amid the Eagles’ three-quarter lead (27-14).

LSU outside linebacker Harold Perkins is missing.
And LSU coach Brian Kelly and defensive coordinator Matt House are trying to find him quickly before the No. 14 Tigers (1-1) play at Mississippi State (2-0) on Saturday (12 p.m., ESPN).
House, you see, and Kelly made Perkins disappear in LSU’s 45-24 loss to Florida State in the season opener two weeks ago after a switch to inside linebacker. Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson nearly had a receiving touchdown during the second quarter on Thursday night, but after officials reviewed the play, it was determined that he fumbled the ball over the pylon.

Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson officially matched the NFL record for being the fastest player to reach 5,000 career receiving yards on Thursday night in the first half of Minnesota’s game vs. the Eagles.
It took Jefferson just 52 games to reach this milestone, which is the same amount of time it took Pro Football Hall of Famer Lance Alworth to reach 5,000 yards back in the 1960s.
Jefferson is also just the second player in NFL history to reach 5,000 career yards before turning 25 years old, per NFL Research, joining another legendary Vikings receiver in Randy Moss.

The worst rule in sports is that a fumble that goes out of the endzone results in a touchback and change-of-possession. That rule cost the Minnesota Vikings in a big way on Thursday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles. Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson lost control of the ball and it went out of the endzone towards the end of the first half.
Initially, referees ruled that the ball went out-of-bounds at the one-yard line. However, after replay review, referees reversed the call. Jefferson fumbled prior to reaching the goal line and the ball went over the pylon.

The injury occurred on Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills. On Thursday, Rodgers posted on Instagram saying that he had successful surgery on Wednesday to repair the tendon.
“Surgery went great yesterday,” Rodgers wrote over a picture of him in a hospital bed. “Thank you for all the love and support.”

If we’ve learned one thing about 8, it’s that he’s a fighter.
