Alabama forward Brandon Miller, a surefire top three prospect in Thursday’s NBA draft, met with reporters and made a baffling choice for his greatest player of all-time.
Forget the Michael Jordan-LeBron James debate, Miller has a pick that he believes trumps both players.
Paul George.
Yep, you read that right.
“I actually don’t think LeBron is the GOAT of basketball,” Miller began. “My GOAT of basketball is Paul George. I grew up watching him. It was never just LeBron.”

Let’s rank Victor Wembanyama’s 35 most mind-blowing plays in France ahead of the NBA Draft.
The NBA has never seen a prospect like Victor Wembanyama before. The 19-year-old born in suburban Paris will be both the tallest and longest player in the league next year. No one with his size has ever moved so gracefully on a basketball court. No one has ever been this skilled with the ball in their hands while also being this big, this fluid, and this young.
Wembanyama will be the No.

The staff at SI Fantasy recently participated in a 10-team PPR mock draft. The rosters required 1QB, 2 RB, 3WR, 1 TE and 2 FLX. Here is the final draft board and a breakdown from Michael Fabiano at SI.com.
I don’t do many 10-team drafts, and as the draft was unfolding, I realized maybe I should have approached my draft differently. I could have waited longer for a QB — just as Dave Seperson did, landing Dak Prescott in the 13th round.

According to an accompanying graphic, this color has never been worn before in the NFL.

His game-tying three-run homer in the eighth traveling an astonishing 514 feet. That’s the longest home run ever tracked by MLB’s Statcast system, which has been in use in the majors since 2015 and at certain minor league levels since last year.

Jon,
Though I will be attempting to send this letter directly to Beemok Capital and its owner Ben Navarro, I’m hoping you might want to share some portion of this in the next mailbag. I understand sports are about money, but as a Cincinnatian (now living in Chicago), this hurts. Thanks for listening/reading:
Dear Mr. Navarro,
Please don’t move the Western and Southern Open out of Cincinnati. It belongs in Cincinnati. It’s been there more than 100 years. Thousands of people involved with this tournament would agree with me. I am 46, I grew up in Cincinnati. I was a tennis player.
