Shemy Schembechler has apologized for liking a variety of different tweets that led to him losing his job at Michigan.
The son of legendary Michigan coach Bo Schembechler resigned from a position with the football program after being on staff for just a few days.
His resignation came after people discovered he’d liked tweets quoting Thomas Sowell, in support of RFK Jr., tweets about how black people suffer when reliant on the government, Jim Crow, a tweet showing black people fighting and tagged as Biden voters and other controversial tweets.
Jadeveon Clowney is on the hunt for a new NFL contract and wouldn’t mind it if the team who originally drafted him, the Houston Texans, came calling.
Clowney, the first-overall pick in 2014, had a strong five seasons in Houston as he was selected to the Pro Bowl three times and picked up 29 sacks along the way. While he hasn’t been much of an impactful player as of late compared to his early years in the league, he still believes he has plenty left in the tank and a return to Houston wouldn’t be an opportunity he’d pass up.
“It would be nice. My family is here. Friends here.
The Boston Celtics are in a lot of trouble after losing Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals to the Miami Heat on Sunday night. They are now down 0-3 in the series and very well could be swept out of the playoffs Tuesday night in south Florida.
One of the big reasons for their struggles against the Heat has been the play of their All-NBA guard, Jayson Tatum. He has disappeared in the fourth quarters of all three losses and has left Celtics fans wondering why he isn’t being the force he has been before in the playoffs.

Watch the seven-time F1 champion reacting to some of what social media has to offer
The Mercedes Formula 1 team on Sunday shared a quick video of Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time F1 world champion, reading and reacting to some “mean tweets.”
As you will see in a moment, the video just emphasized how Hamilton, in his own words, is a “pretty positive guy.
The Miami Heat are now just a win away from going to the NBA Finals after blowing out the Boston Celtics, 128-102, in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals Sunday night.
The Celtics had a miserable night from basically the opening tip, and now they’ll need a historic comeback to save their season. Star guard Jaylen Brown called their performance “embarrassing,” and many are questioning if first-year head coach Joe Mazzulla is in over his head.
Charles Barkley hilariously ripped the Celtics while the NBA on TNT crew interviewed Heat guard Gabe Vincent after the game.
Brooks Koepka winning what was his third PGA Championship at Oak Hill not only killed the narrative that LIV golfers aren’t equipped to compete on the game’s biggest stages, but it also created the reality that he could earn a spot on this year’s U.S. Ryder Cup team.
Brandel Chamblee, who has without question been LIV Golf’s most consistent critic in mainstream golf media, doesn’t necessarily want to see that happen.
Theoretically, things could not have gone better for the Celtics.
In Round 1, the No. 1 seed—and arguably the best player in the world—was knocked out. Meanwhile Boston was playing an average Hawks team that stumbled into the playoffs via the Play-In. Then in the second round, the Celtics played a Sixers group missing Joel Embiid for Game 1, who eventually returned seemingly not at 100%.
