The WNBA playoff semifinals are officially set after the Sun won Wednesday night’s win-or-go-home game over the Lynx.
The top four seeded teams make up the final four teams left in the this year’s playoffs: No. 1 Aces, No. 2 Liberty, No. 3 Sun and No. 4 Wings.
The reigning champions and top-seeded Aces will face the Wings, while the Liberty and Sun will play against each other in the best out-of-five series.
Game 1 for both series will begin on Sunday, Sept. 24 as the Sun and Liberty tip off at 1 p.m. ET in New York. Following this game, the Aces will host the Wings at 5 p.m. ET.

Oregon is heading into one of the most anticipated matchups of the college football season thus far as they host Colorado on Saturday.
Not only will the Ducks face the newly revamped Buffaloes under coach Deion Sanders, but Oregon will also sport some new and unique cleats on the field.
Oregon unveiled the new shoes on social media Wednesday, explaining that the Nike cleats are heat activated and color-changing. So, it was only fitting that the video included a chameleon climbing over the cleats and the uniform to emphasize the color-changing aspect.

Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitcher J.C. Mejia got busted for his second performance-enhancing drug violation on Tuesday.
As a result, MLB is suspending the 27-yearold reliever for 162 games for a positive test for Stanozolol. Mejia served an 80-game suspension after his first positive Stanozolol result in 2022.
The Brewers released a statement, supporting MLB’s decision on Mejia. He appeared in nine games for Milwaukee, posting a 5.56 ERA (1-0) in 11⅓ innings of relief.

Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams exited Sunday’s game and was evaluated for a concussion as the result of a blow to the head on a hit from Bills’ Taylor Rapp during the fourth quarter.
Adams did not return to the game, which Las Vegas lost 38–10, but he had plenty to say about the incident when the topic was broached by reporters on Wednesday.
Adams was critical of the play from Rapp, calling it “unnecessary” and taking a dig at the safety’s style of play, via Paul Gutierrez of ESPN. 
“Was it unnecessary? Completely, obviously,” Adams said.
