Buffalo Bills running back Damien Harris went down with an apparent injury in the second quarter, requiring a spineboard stretcher and an ambulance to take him off the field at Highmark Stadium.
Harris provided an encouraging sign before departing the field, giving a thumbs up as players prayed and fans from both teams quietly waited for a response on the field.
Harris went down on a routine tackle from New York Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke. An in-game report from NBC said the Bills runner suffered a neck injury.

Justin Pugh was a first-round pick for the New York Giants before heading to Arizona for a stint with the Cardinals. He’s been out of the league for a year, and he’s on a mission to start again.
Now that Big Blue’s offensive line is down to scraps and no-names, the Giants reached out to Pugh, who entered 2023 as a free agent. Both sides came to an agreement. And boy, it’s good to be back!

Kim did something not even Tiger Woods did, as he became the youngest player since 1912 to defend a title as he won the Shriners Children’s Open.
Tom Kim has successfully defended his Shriners Children’s Open title Sunday. He is now a three-time PGA Tour winner and is the youngest to accomplish that feat (21 years, 3 months and 4 days) since the legendary Tiger Woods did so.
Woods was slightly younger at 21 years and 13 days old.
But unlike Woods, Kim was able to win the same tournament twice going back to back at such a young age.

Williams had one hell of a touchdown on Sunday against the Buccaneers. The 2022 first-rounder isn’t much of a household name in the NFL due to injury and a run-in with the NFL’s suspension list.
In his second game this season, Williams re-introduced himself as the explosive WR from Alabama. He nabbed a catch worthy of its top spot in Week 6’s best catches.
In the third quarter, Williams scored on a wildly acrobatic 45-yard TD.

Playing against one of his former teams, Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a back injury late in the second quarter Sunday of his team’s 21-17 win over the New England Patriots and did not return for the second half.

Back home at Barclays Center, the Liberty kept their championship hopes alive with a 87-73 victory in Sunday’s must-win Game 3 of the WNBA Finals.

The banged-up Browns, who entered Sunday’s game a 9.5-point underdog against the 5-0 49ers, pulled off their first double-digit comeback win in more than five years.
