The Brewers are adapting to MLB’s new rule changes on the field, and it seems the concessions staff is also making some adjustments in accordance with the faster-paced games.
According to Adam McCalvy of MLB.com, American Family Field is extending the deadline for beer sales to the end of the eighth inning. Traditionally, Milwaukee’s last call for alcohol has come in the seventh inning, but with pace of play increasing and the length of games decreasing significantly, the stadium is making its own changes.

Forty years ago, Bijan Robinson might have been the No. 1 overall pick. Now? He could fall to Day 2.
The 2023 NFL draft is just a few weeks away, so it’s time to do one last fantasy “mock” draft before the rookies have their names called in Kansas City. After all, there’s already been a ton of player movement via free agency and offseason trades, so plenty of draft values have been altered, good or bad, as a result.
As a result, let’s get into my second offseason one-man, five-round mock draft for 2023. One thing you’ll notice in the results is that this is unlike most mocks I’ve done in the past.
Megan Rapinoe and Sue Bird are among 40 female athletes who signed a petition to try and stop the Protection of Girls and Women in Sports Act from becoming law, according to Sports Illustrated. Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., introduced the bill in February. The bill seeks to clarify Title IX by classifying athletes by biology, rather than identity.
Last week, the Biden administration proposed the exact opposite. It wants gender identity to be the determining factor with regards to funding for female athletics.
The problem with Title IX is that it became law in 1972.
The Hawks were stuck in the middle of the pack during the 2022–23 NBA season. After going 41–41 and finishing No. 8 in the Eastern Conference, Atlanta is reportedly considering a major shakeup in the offseason.

Sam Bennett’s weekend did not end as strong as it began, but the fifth-year senior at Texas A&M left The Masters as the low amateur with a top-20 finish. Not too shabby!
Bennett shot back-to-back 68s in Rounds 1 and 2, before closing out with a 76 in Round 3 and 74 in the Final Round. It was an impressive showing for someone who only turned 23 back in December.
The crowd gave Bennett his well-deserved flowers as he walked up to the green on No. 18.

Apparently, it didn’t take long for Odell Beckham Jr. and Lamar Jackson to celebrate the wide receiver’s new contract. Cameras caught the two NFL stars at LIV nightclub in Miami Beach on Sunday night, just hours after Beckham announced his one-year deal with the Ravens with an Instagram post of his baby son wearing a Baltimore jersey.
Soon after that, Jackson posted a screenshot of him FaceTiming with Beckham. Not surprisingly, the NFL world speculated about the gesture. Jackson revealed he requested a trade from the team on March 2.
After the McDonald’s All-American Game and Nike Hoop Summit, here’s a way-too-early look at the 2024 NBA Draft, including Bronny James.
Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert has been suspended for the team’s play-in game against the Lakers on Tuesday night, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
In Minnesota’s final regular-season game Sunday, Gobert was caught on camera swinging at teammate Kyle Anderson on the bench during a timeout, right after Anderson apparently told Gobert to “shut the f— up, b—-” during an argument. Gobert then was sent to the locker room, but at halftime, the argument between the two continued.
Minnesota then sent Gobert home from the arena.
