NASCAR truck driver Zane Smith set victory lane on fire, literally.
Following his victory on Saturday in the NASCAR Truck Series race at the Circuit of the Americas, Smith simply celebrated the way most drivers do—by doing a burnout. Unfortunately for Smith and his team, the celebration resulted in his truck catching fire.
“Besides catching on fire in victory, that was a first for me,” Smith told Fox Sports after the race.

The veteran NFL rules analyst is the league’s head of officiating and had a moment he’d likely rather have back on Saturday.
Most football fans know Dean Blandino first and foremost as the omnipresent rules analyst on Fox’s pro and college football coverage.
Blandino, however, has a different role in the offseason. The former NFL vice president of officiating serves as the head of officiating for the XFL, helping shape a rules package quite different from the NFL’s in some respects.
Because the XFL is so TV-friendly, Blandino is often forced to blend his two roles.

Lucas Herbert played his butt off in his Saturday match against Rory McIlroy, but still lost. No harm, no foul. Rory is on another planet right now, so it was always gonna be an uphill battle.

Adam Seiko and Arthur Kaluma will square off in the Big Dance for the second consecutive season.
For the second consecutive season, a pair of brothers are set to square off in the men’s NCAA tournament.
San Diego State senior guard Adam Seiko and Creighton sophomore forward Arthur Kaluma will square off on Sunday for a chance to advance to the Final Four. Last year, the two faced off in the first round of the tournament, with Kaluma and the Blue Jays advancing to the second round with a 72–69 victory.
Now, they play once again with an even bigger opportunity awaiting the winner.
After the ACC got just five bids to the men’s tournament, commissioner Jim Phillips said he will met with his league’s coaches and ADs to be more “proactive” about changing the narrative of the conference.
