A Mifflin Street Party on Saturday led to the arrest of over 40 people, including Wisconsin Badgers wide receiver Markus Allen. The former four-star prospect was reportedly arrested for possessing a firearm while intoxicated at the party in Madison.
Allen was booked at Dane County Jail along with two other attendees at the UW-Madison block party. One of the three people arrested at the gathering possessed a “stolen gun in a backpack,” according to Channel 3000’s report. Allen has not been charged with a crime and was reportedly released after 45 minutes in detainment.

The Warriors used a huge second half to surge past the Kings on Sunday in Game 7, with Stephen Curry’s historic 50-point performance leading the charge for Golden State. 
Klay Thompson, who is no stranger to heroic outings from his longtime teammate, made a bold declaration after Curry’s big night. Speaking to reporters, Thompson dubbed the Game 7 victory as “The Steph Curry Game.” 
“Gosh, what an incredible performance. This is a Game 7 I’ll forever remember as ‘The Steph Curry Game,’” said Thompson.

Aaron Rodgers is living the New York life to the fullest in his first week. The New York Jets acquired the quarterback from the Green Bay Packers on Monday. The team introduced him to the media on Tuesday.
By Saturday, Rodgers was already supporting the other teams in the Big Apple. The 39-year-old quarterback attended the New York Rangers Game 6 victory over the New Jersey Devils on Saturday night.
Predictably, the New York crowd went nuts for their new signal-caller.

Stephen Curry was absolutely feeling himself during his historic Game 7 performance against the Kings on Sunday. After dropping a record-setting 50 points, the Warriors’ superstar took a jab at Sacramento’s signature “Light the Beam” rally call.
When Golden State called a late timeout in the fourth quarter after putting the game out of reach of the Kings, Curry proceeded to spike the ball onto the hardwood before imitating slamming the button that lights the beam outside of the Golden 1 Center.

When Phillies star Bryce Harper underwent Tommy John surgery in late November, he was expected to be able to return by around the All-Star break. Now, it appears he’s on the verge of beating those projections by a considerable margin.
Harper is set to be evaluated by a doctor in Los Angeles on Monday, and, if he’s cleared, is expected to be in Philadelphia’s lineup on Tuesday as the designated hitter against the Dodgers.

USF running back Michel Dukes was arrested Saturday for felony domestic battery by strangulation. The former Clemson player was taken into custody and remained in jail Sunday afternoon.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the alleged victim called 911 to report Dukes had physically assaulted them. During the investigation, police determined there was a verbal argument that led to Dukes strangling the victim.
