As Derek Carr continues to weigh his options following his release from the Raiders, the veteran quarterback has reportedly set his sights on an ideal contract he hopes to land with his next team.
Carr, who was released by the Raiders on Feb. 14, is seeking a contract in free agency worth at least $35 million per year, ESPN’s Dianna Russini reported on-air Friday.

Jalen Ramsey’s future with the Rams appears to be very uncertain. Los Angeles followed up a Super Bowl win with a rough 5–12 season, and are now reportedly interested in moving on from the talented but expensive cornerback.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Friday that league sources believe it is “very likely” that Ramsey is traded over the next few weeks. He is set to make $17 million in 2023, with a cap hit of over $25 million.

He reported Friday night the team has had talks about trading the six-time Pro Bowl defensive back, and that “it’s very likely” he’s shipped out of Los Angeles.
Ramsey has three years left on his current deal and is owed $17 million next season.
