Wyndham Clark won the U.S. Open just four days ago, but Justin Thomas thinks an appropriate amount of time has passed for the trash-talking to begin. JT threw a playful jab Clark’s way early on in their first-round pairing at the Travelers Championship on Thursday.
The hilarious back-and-forth came on the Par 4 12th hole, the group’s third hole of the day. After Thomas hit his approach shot short of the flag, Clark was left with 75 yards on his second shot.

Bust. It’s the dirtiest four-letter word in fantasy football.
Fantasy managers who drafted players such as Russell Wilson, Jonathan Taylor and Deebo Samuel last season know the term (and its consequences) all too well. Selecting a bust, especially in the earlier rounds of your draft, can be detrimental to your chances of fielding a true fantasy league postseason contender.

Possible Fantasy Busts: Quarterbacks | Running Backs

To me, the term “bust” includes players who either don’t live up to their draft position or were selected to play prominent roles who fail in the stat sheets.

One of the greatest coaches and overall team-builders in NBA history is going to draft one of the best prospects in modern NBA history No. 1 Thursday tonight. The combination of Gregg Popovich and Victor Wembanyama has predictably made us salivate and wonder what it might be like to see someone with a skill set we can’t quite fathom in the hands of someone who built a modern dynasty that yielded five championships and 22 straight trips to the playoffs.

By now, we all know that Shohei Ohtani is the coolest baseball player in the sport’s history. What he can do both at the plate and on the mound is just ridiculous, and we’re all lucky to be living in a time where we get to watch him do incredible things just about every night.
What’s also great about Ohtani is that he can do some funny things, too. That was on display Wednesday night when he made a dramatic play on a ball his catcher threw to him. What was so cool about this routine moment in a baseball game? Well, Ohtani lost the ball in the sun but still made the catch.

We aren’t betting on the Reds today, but only because they aren’t playing–
Congratulations to those who have been betting with us and riding the hot streak for Cincinnati. They covered the run line as we predicted and made it 11 in a row yesterday. They deserve a day off.
For Thursday’s bet, we are going to pivot to the NL West and pick the home underdog Giants at +100.
Why?
Because we have no idea which version of Blake Snell we are going to get for the Padres.

With report days for training camp fast approaching, it’s a good time to summarize what we learned about all 32 teams this offseason.
Some teams made splashy moves, but they might not be enough for those who reside in the competitive AFC with the reigning Super Bowl champion Chiefs.
And the NFC shouldn’t be overlooked, with a handful of teams improving through free agency and the draft. It won’t be just the Eagles, 49ers and Cowboys ruling what was supposed to be a down season for the conference.
O.K., enough stalling.
