Five-star quarterback Jaden Rashada, who had previously committed to Florida, is officially on the move.
Sports Illustrated’s Richard Johnson confirmed the news Friday that the program released Rashada from his National Letter of Intent. On3 was first to break the news of the quarterback’s release.
The California native, who is ranked as SI’s No. 7 player in the 2023 class, is now the highest ranked unsigned quarterback in this cycle and can sign with any program. National Signing Day for athletes is Feb.

The safety was discharged from the hospital but still needs to be monitored by doctors.
Damar Hamlin was released from a Buffalo hospital last week following his medical emergency in Cincinnati, and has been able to be around teammates occasionally as the Bills practice. However, he wasn’t able to attend Buffalo’s game vs. the Dolphins on Sunday, as his recovery is still not over.
On Friday, Hamlin’s friend and business partner Jordon Rooney, who has served as a family spokesperson in recent weeks, detailed where the safety stands with his rehab after being discharged.

1. The long-running feud between the NFL and Barstool Sports seems to still be going strong.
Former NFL linebacker Will Compton, who hosts the very popular Bussin’ With the Boys podcast with current Titans offensive lineman Taylor Lewan, claims the league is keeping his show off of Radio Row at the Super Bowl because it’s a Barstool show.

If that text is accurate, and there’s no reason to believe it’s not, this move by the NFL is ridiculous for a couple of reasons.
