Aaron Rodgers is a Jet.
The former Packers quarterback, who was finally traded to his new team on Monday, arrived at the Jets’ practice facility Wednesday morning and will be formally introduced at a 2 p.m. ET press conference.
The 39-year-old veteran QB showed up to his first day wearing a brand new New York hoodie and some aviator sunglasses.
While this trade was in the works for what felt like forever, it was still very jarring to see Rodgers wearing Jets gear.
Rodgers seemed to be in good spirits upon his arrival:

Bryce Young can solve almost any problem on the field
When you turn on Bryce Young’s film, it does not take long to find examples of him creating explosive plays. Both as a passer, and even a runner, Young’s ability to generate huge chunks of yardage for Alabama is a big reason why he is one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2023 NFL Draft.
But it is the variety of ways he creates them which likely makes him a potential high-end starter in the NFL.

There were other faces walking the halls of the Las Colinas Resort in suburban Dallas than that of College Football Playoff executives and their bowl partners.
ESPN executives were also here Tuesday for a presentation before the CFP commissioner group during the organization’s spring meetings. And while this is an annual occurrence, ESPN’s presence is a reminder of maybe the most significant unresolved piece to the new expanded CFP: television rights.

After the game, Russell Westbrook, who led the Clippers in points, assists and rebounds for the series, was reflective about his time with the team after being traded from the Lakers midseason.
“Once I got traded. Immediately, to be honest. From that moment, mentally, I was in a better place,” Westbrook said when asked about the weight lifted off his shoulders after the trade.

With the future of Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson thoroughly up in the air as the NFL draft approaches, all eyes are on Baltimore with the most important position on the field remaining uncertain.
The Ravens used the non-exclusive franchise tag on Jackson, which would pay the quarterback in excess of $34 million this season if he signed his tender. He has not signed it as he seeks an extension, and no team has been willing to tender an offer sheet to Jackson due to the steep price of two first-round picks that would have to go back to Baltimore if Jackson ended up elsewhere.

Minor League Baseball catcher Antonio Gomez got confused on Tuesday night and it cost his team a run. The series of unfortunate events didn’t end up making a difference in the final score, but it was a bizarre sequence that rarely, if ever, occurs.
It all went down between the Greenville Drive and Hudson Valley Renegades. The former is the High-A, South Atlantic League Minor League Baseball affiliate for the Red Sox, the latter is the same for the Yankees. So both sides got a taste of the rivalry.

Meyers Leonard wants people to know he definitely WAS NOT cheering for the Miami Heat during the NBA playoffs.
Leonard, who once was a member of the Heat, plays reserve minutes for the Bucks, and during game four of the playoff series against the Heat, it appeared like he celebrated after Miami hit a three.
The video definitely doesn’t look good. You can see Leonard stand up and flash his arms resembling what guys do after drilling a triple.
However, he said it’s all a huge misunderstanding.
