Dwight Howard’s days of dominating in the low post on NBA courts are long gone. Now, the eight-time All-Star and former Slam Dunk Contest champion finds himself playing overseas in Taiwan. 
Not only has he swapped his scenery, but the 37-year-old Howard also appears to have added a new element to his game.
Despite only attempting 103 three-pointers during his 18-year NBA career, the 7-footer stunningly took part in the three-point contest in the Taiwanese T1 League, as part of the league’s first-ever All-Star weekend.

A committee will discuss three separate possibilities at altering the game’s rules, citing player safety.
Meeting in Indianapolis this week, the NCAA rules committee will discuss the possibility of rule changes to improve player safety and shorten games, per ESPN’s Heather Dinich.

Northern Arizona forced overtime against visiting Weber State, but the play-by-play commentator thought the hosts had won.
Northern Arizona’s Liam Lloyd hit a crucial buzzer-beating three-pointer during Monday night’s tilt against Weber State, tying the game 76-76 and forcing overtime. However, play-by-play commentator Mitch Strohman seemed to think the circumstances were just a bit different.
Apparently not realizing that NAU was trailing by three points at the time of the shot, Strohman went into hysterics celebrating what he thought was a game-winner.

ESPN’s Marcus Spears wasn’t exactly thrilled about Colorado football coach Deion Sanders’s controversial comments about his recruiting style during a recent appearance on The Rich Eisen Show.
The Pro Football Hall of Famer shared that when he looks for quarterbacks, he looks for athletes with a “3.5 GPA and up” as well as “dual-parent” households. “[The quarterback] has to be a leader of men,” Sanders said.
