At first glance, it looks like the Tennessee Titans landed at least three rookie starters from their 2026 draft class, as Carnell Tate, Keldric Faulk, and Anthony Hill Jr. all project to be impact players on day one.
But those three may not be the only rookies tasked with significant roles in their first season in Nashville. In fact, Chad Reuter of NFL.com believes sixth-round pick Pat Coogan is one of 16 Day 3 rookies who could start for their team in 2026.

The Washington Commanders wanted to upgrade the running back position this offseason. With Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols set to be free agents and Chris Rodriguez Jr., a restricted free agent, Washington had only Jacory Croskey-Merritt under contract from last season.
When free agency hit, the Commanders brought back McNichols on a one-year deal and also signed veterans Rachaad White and Jerome Ford. Washington did not tender a contract to Rodriguez, who quickly landed with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

There is little doubt that the Tennessee Titans’ 2026 draft class has been one of the most polarizing classes from this past draft, with snap grades sitting all over the board. But now, after a week to digest it, some outlets are changing their tune.
On Friday, Matt Vanderame of Sports Illustrated broke down the 16 draft classes in the AFC and sees the Titans’ haul come in near the top of the heap.

The Titans have been busy all offseason, and that theme carried over to the draft.

The Washington Commanders will begin their three-day rookie minicamp beginning this week on Friday, May 8. In addition to its six-player 2026 NFL Draft class, the Commanders will have several other players, including undrafted free agents, unsigned players on a tryout basis, and perhaps some of Washington’s existing younger players participating in the rookie minicamp.
Washington has yet to announce its undrafted free-agent class, but we have a list of players who have agreed to terms with the team.
