There are only a matter of hours until the Chicago Bears kick off their Week 7 matchup with the New Orleans Saints at Soldier Field. Oct. 18—BISMARCK — The University of Jamestown volleyball team is quickly becoming a force in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
UJ picked up win No. 2 of the week on Saturday, defeating the University of Mary 24-26, 25-17, 28-26, 25-18. The Jimmies are now 9-9 overall and 4-7 in the NSIC.
Head coach Jon Hegerle and his crew will be back in action on Oct. 21 hosting Northern State University. First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Kyleigh Schopp had a breakout day at the net, hitting at an impressive .696 and recording 16 kills against the Marauders.
