Irsay has become the Colts’ biggest headache.
At a time where Colts fans should be excited about seeing a new era take shape, owner Jim Irsay seems hellbent on ruining everything.
Irsay injected himself into the running back pay discussion last week by taking to Twitter to essentially say “tough luck” to the players who want to see change in the NFL to better compensate their position amid the collapse of RB compensation.

Was it a great NASCAR race? Nope. Not particularly. Did we get a cool winner who had waited long enough to visit Victory Lane?
Hell yeah.
Did we also get a pissed off Martin Truex Jr.? Goodness did we ever. Someone get MTJ a beer, STAT! Maybe toss in a Xanax, too. And maybe give one to Joey Logano while you’re at it.
We also got a snappy Bubba Wallace, a booed Denny Hamlin and — perhaps most importantly — a bikini-clad Hooters Gianna Tulio.
Scratch that … definitely most importantly.
Congrats to Chris Buescher and Brad Keselowski.
The Eagles gave their fans another reason to look forward to the regular season Sunday night when they unveiled their popular Kelly Green throwback jerseys for 2023. Wide receiver Devonta Smith, quarterback Jalen Hurts, defensive end Josh Sweat, offensive lineman Jordan Mailata and cornerback James Bradberry got the honor of serving as models for the announcement.
The NFL originally announced that Philadelphia would bring back the fan favorites in March along with some Photoshopped pics of Smith and Hurts wearing the uniforms. This time, however, it’s the real deal.

Top Sleeper: Skyy Moore, WR, Chiefs
The hype for Moore leading into his rookie season went hyperbolic. The second-round pick playing with the best quarterback and a brilliant offensive coach quickly went from being a late-round flyer to an early sixth-round pick and those lofty expectations became out of reach. But the Chiefs wide receiver room a year ago was much more crowded.
Take everything you know, or think you know, about Baltimore’s offense and throw it in the trash. This season, the Ravens are poised to reach uncharacteristic heights.
Tyreek Hill and Eli Apple aren’t buddies. In fact, calling them ‘rivals’ wouldn’t be a stretch given their multi-year back-and-forth both on and off the football field. This wasn’t lost on the Miami Dolphins’ coaching staff and front office when the Fins decided to sign the defensive back last week.
With Jalen Ramsey going down with a knee injury that will keep him sidelined for months, the Dolphins needed depth in the defensive backfield, luckily for them, Apple was still sitting in the free-agent market.
The Bengals have come close to a championship two years in a row.

What the USWNT needs to do against Portugal to advance at the Women’s World Cup
As the U.S. Women’s National Team prepares for their final match of group play at the Women’s World Cup, they find themselves in rather unfamiliar territory.
Coming off a draw in group play, and working through the permutations of how they will advance to the knockout round.
It’s Monday, and we’re feeling frisky at SI Betting.
That’s right. We are going to make a bet today that many may find to be crazy. Maybe it is, but we are going for it anyway. No risk it, no biscuit, right?
Here it is: Angels ML +190.
Yes, that’s right. We are taking the Angels to upset the Braves in Atlanta.
Griffin Canning gets the start on the road for the Halos. Canning has been very good since the All-Star break with an ERA of 3.38. He’s also struck out 20 batters across his last 10⅔ innings pitched. That’s bonkers.
The U.S. women’s national team enters its final group-stage game against Portugal needing at least a draw to advance in the Women’s World Cup, which means this could be one of the worst days in USWNT history—and one of the best days ever for the sport.
Success, in sports, is not like civil rights: The more that others have, the less there is for you. The USWNT has helped grow the game to the point where the game is harder to dominate. A monumental upset of the U.S.
