No one was saying it anyways, but let it never be said Olivia Miles isn’t tough.
Notre Dame’s star guard, the other half of one of the best backcourts in the country alongside Hannah Hidalgo, has been playing through a sprained ankle she suffered in the first round of the women’s NCAA Tournament against Stephen F. Austin. She will continue to do so against TCU Saturday.
The good news for Notre Dame fans, however, is Miles seems to be on the upswing.

Michigan football had an impressive recruiting class in 2025, headlined (of course) by the No. 1 player in the country in quarterback Bryce Underwood.
But the class wasn’t impressive just because of Underwood. There were multiple other top targets that the Wolverines managed to land.
Among them was former Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star linebacker Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng. Owusu-Boateng chose Michigan despite Notre Dame making a big push, which is where his brother played.

Almost done – Barcelona set to reach verbal agreement with key veteran over new contract
Wojciech Szczesny, in a short period, has established himself as a key player for Barcelona between the sticks.
The 34-year-old was brought in only as an emergency option after Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s injury back in October. Having had to wait until January for his debut, the Pole has not looked back ever since.
Now, the preferred option between the sticks for Hansi Flick ahead of Inaki Pena, Szczesny is yet to taste a single defeat in his 17 appearances for the Catalans.

JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown Civic Center is home to multiple athletic hall of fames, but the one displayed most prominently around the building is the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame.
According to its website, the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1989 and inducted its first class in 1992.

JAMESTOWN — The Division B Girls State Tournament went well at the Jamestown Civic Center, says the Civic Center director.
Pam Fosse said 6,324 session tickets were sold through GoFan. Ticket sales were down a little due to smaller towns qualifying for the March 6-8 tournament, she said.
