Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce have the best sports podcast in the world because they like to have fun, and they’re not afraid to talk about whatever comes to mind.
On this week’s New Heights episode, the two brothers took a question from a fan about what it’s like getting dressed in the locker room after games with all the media members being around them.

Louisville has seen more than its fair share of dubious history under coach Kenny Payne.
In 2023, the Cardinals accomplished a pair of ignominious feats: their worst record since 1941 (4–28), and their worst-ever conference record (2–18).
Now, Louisville has almost assuredly become the first team to have a player sit out nearly half a game for tights-related reasons.
It happened Wednesday, as the Cardinals rallied past Bellarmine for a 73–68 victory. Freshman guard Ty-Laur Johnson scored eight important points for Louisville, but he missed almost the entire first half.

One of the most incredible things about the NHL and hockey, in general, is the lengths to which some players will go to gain an edge for their team. In the case of the Detroit Red Wings forward Lucas Raymond, he seemed to be more than willing to bash himself in the face with a stick hard enough to draw blood and give his team a 4-minute power play.
Talk about a team guy, but unfortunately for him and the Red Wings, he got caught.
The Red Wings were in New York to take on the Rangers in a game that would’ve had a lot of Patrick Kane talk surrounding it.

Here’s who we’re picking in Week 13.
It’s lucky Week 13 in the NFL, and surely nothing will go wrong.
Not going to lie, this is a pretty weird slate of games as we hit the home stretch of the regular season and head to the playoffs. The best game of the week will happen in San Francisco on Sunday where the visiting Eagles seem destined to be giving us a preview of the NFC Championship game.
Meanwhile Monday Night Football, which hasn’t been flexed for some reason, is pegged to be a blowout with the ailing Bengals heading to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars.

A conversation with celebrity basketball trainer Lethal Shooter on how he teaches clients to knock down their shots.
Shooting is at once the most basic and complex component of basketball. But being good at that effort, with the machinelike regularity required to be able to do it for a living on the highest level, is a symphony of human engineering.
It doesn’t just take practice of body, but mind to be an elite shooter.

The Broncos appeared to be headed for another lost season after a 1–5 start. But a five-game winning streak has revived their chances and put them in contention for an AFC wild-card playoff spot.
What fueled Denver’s turnaround? The defense has been strong, allowing fewer than 20 points in three of the past five games. Quarterback Russell Wilson is playing better, but hasn’t passed for 200 yards in four of his past five games. More importantly, he hasn’t thrown an interception during the Broncos’ winning streak.
