No team in the NBA has been as depressing to watch this season as the Pistons.
At 2–16, Detroit has the worst record in the NBA this season. But even that doesn’t illustrate just how dismal the team has been. It’s in the midst of a 15-game losing streak, one of just 14 streaks that long in the last 10 seasons.
LeBron James dunks on Detroit Pistons forward Marvin Bagley III in the first half at Little Caesars Arena. The Lakers won the game, 133-107.
For a minute there, or a shade under four to be exact, when Isaiah Stewart knocked down an open three and Ausar Thompson slammed home a dunk, the Pistons had life. FS1 personality Craig Carton is under fire after giving an awful take on Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott becoming a father.
Prescott and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, announced last weekend that the couple would be welcoming a baby daughter into the world soon. That news was met with plenty of support from around the sports world… except from Carton, who embarrassed himself with an ugly take on the situation on FS1’s The Carton Show.
“That’s a mistake,” Carton said as soon as he heard on the show of Prescott’s announcement. “That changes everything.
Jordan Davis can flat out sing.
Last year, the Philadelphia Eagles offensive line released the Christmas album, “A Philly Special Christmas” and it absolutely rocked. I mean, what else could you possibly want outside of very big dudes singing “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”?
I know the answer: MORE big dudes who sing Christmas songs a whole lot better than you would think. The crew of Lane Johnson, Jordan Mailata and Jason Kelce are back, but they’ve also added another big man to their group: Eagles DT Jordan Davis.
