When it comes to touchdown celebrations, few were as creative as Chad Ochocinco. When the three-time All-Pro hit pay dirt, you could count on him to pull a wild stunt that Cincinnati Bengals fans would love.
There was the river dance, the proposal and, of course, the controversial Hall of Fame jacket. But one of Ochocinco’s most memorable TD celebrations came in November 2007 when he took over a TV camera and began filming the crowd.

This moment was so iconic, in fact, that current Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase wants to re-create it.

Most college football fans can’t relate to being an elite athlete who makes dazzling plays in front of thousands of fans on fall Saturdays.
However, Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter has been dealing with an issue to which plenty of students and fans can relate. He’s getting too many parking tickets on campus.
Hunter expressed his frustrations during a video clip which featured the Buffaloes’ preparations for their Week 10 matchup with Oregon State.
“I need everybody at Colorado to see this, bro. I’m tired of paying for parking,” Hunter said.

Victor Wembanyama might truly be an extraterrestrial in a San Antonio Spurs uniform.
During a game against the Phoenix Suns last night, Wembanyama dropped 38 points in a 132-121 win. Phoenix remarkably erased a 27-point deficit to get the game tied at 116 with 4:21 left in the fourth quarter.
That’s when the former No. 1 overall pick went into hyper drive, outsourcing the Suns 10-5 by himself en route to the win.

Rasul Douglas couldn’t believe he was being traded from the Green Bay Packers to the Buffalo Bills, literally.
Buffalo’s newest cornerback spoke with the local media for the first time on Thursday and shared details of the moment he found out he was being shipped to one of the AFC’s top teams. Douglas explained that Green Bay general manager Brian Gutekunst called him, but kept the message short and sweet, which led him to believe he wasn’t exactly being serious.

The Sharks’ godawful start to the season somehow got even worse Thursday night with a 10–1 loss to the visiting Canucks.
San Jose allowed three goals in the first eight minutes and never got back into the game. Through two periods, Vancouver was up 8–0 and held a 25–13 advantage in shots. The Sharks’ lone goal came on a power play in the closing minutes of the third period. Only a fraction of the announced crowd of 10,719 at the Shark Tank remained in their seats.
The blowout led to an incredibly sad tweet from San Jose’s social media team.

The variations were spitballed in conference rooms at the NBA’s offices in Manhattan’s Olympic Tower for more than a decade. Ideas that for a variety of reasons—disputes with the union, prioritization of the play-in, a global pandemic that for a while put everything on hold—never made it out of the competition committee. Different formats. Different prizes. Different times of year. A single elimination, 30-team knockout tournament. A tournament that included teams from outside the NBA.

The Philly Specials are back with their second Christmas album
Move over Mariah Carey.
Ok, not exactly.
The supremely talented singer has become perhaps the voice of Christmas, thanks to song “All I Want for Christmas is You,” Carey’s song was a success when first released back in 1994, but has exploded in recent years, and has in many ways become the unofficial anthem to kickoff the holiday season.
Something the artist herself has leaned into, thanks to social media:

It’s…… TIME!!! #MariahSZN pic.twitter.

Week 9 is here, the trade market is closed until March and teams have a pretty good idea of what they have for the rest of the year. So here we go with the second half of 2023 …
• Jalen Hurts played a starring role Sunday in the Eagles’ 38–31 win over the Commanders, completing 29 of 38 passes for 319 yards, four scores, no picks and a 135.7 rating.
He also did it looking—from my perspective—hobbled. Last year, when Hurts played through a shoulder injury against Chicago, Nick Sirianni told me he saw it as “Michael Jordan–type s—.
