Mac Jones found Mike Gesicki for a 1-yard TD in the final seconds of Sunday’s game to cap an upset win over the Bills and deliver a milestone win for Bill Belichick.

NFL fans should probably accept that Taylor Swift appearing at Chiefs games is now a regular thing, considering her rumored relationship with Travis Kelce.
Word went out a couple of hours before Kansas City plays the Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium, via Fox Sports and NFL Network analyst Peter Schrager that the Chiefs were prepared for the pop superstar to be in the building.
Interrupt this with news that folks in KC are preparing for Taylor Swift to be in the house at Arrowhead for today’s game. Carry on.
Week 7 began with the Jaguars beating the Saints. It’ll end with the Vikings hosting the 49ers on Monday night.
Between those games, there’s some of the best action we’ve seen this season.
In the early window, the Patriots (2-5) upset the Bills (4-3), scoring a touchdown on a Mac Jones pass to Mike Gesicki with 12 seconds left. The Lions (5–2) visited the Ravens (5–2) and were ambushed. Lamar Jackson produced one of the best games anybody has enjoyed this season, accounting for 393 total yards and four touchdowns.
Tyson Bagent’s first NFL start could not have gone much better, the Bears defense continued its dominant play, and the Bears got their second win of the season in blowout fashion. Jaylon Johnson’s first career pick-six (and second career interception) was the icing on the cake for a truly dominant game.
Both the Houston Astros and the Philadelphia Phillies have 3-2 series leads in their respective League Championship Series. But if the two sides have a rematch in the World Series, a weird tiebreaker will shake up who gets home field advantage.
Each team ended the regular season at 90-72, so it would make sense that the tiebreaker would be head-to-head record. Philadelphia won the season series by winning two of three games in April. That should be an easy fix, no drama whatsoever.
But that would be way too easy to figure out.
Falcons wide receiver Drake London put his body on the line on Sunday against the Buccaneers, doing everything in his power to reach for the end zone.
London’s dramatic dive came in the third quarter with the Falcons in the red zone on a third-and-8 play. Quarterback Desmond Ridder found London on the sideline for a first down, and as he turned upfield, he was met by his defender right at the goal line.
With his helmet facing straight toward the ground, London reached for the end zone and appeared to lose his grip on the ball.
The Indianapolis Colts officially debuted their new alternate uniforms Sunday. And, boy, are they hideous.
The unis feature darker blue jerseys and pants with a black helmet and black piping around the numbers. They also include an infused “heather” material that gives them more depth and texture, according to NFL.com.
The fits are “as crisp and cool as the Indiana Nights,” according to the Colts.
And while Indianapolis unveiled the new look in July, Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns was the first time fans got to see it in action.
Mike Vrabel spent his weekend in New England, where he was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame on Saturday and then watched his former team’s game against the Bills on Sunday while sitting in Robert Kraft’s luxury box.
While that’s a nice little weekend for Vrabel, it’s also a little weird. Why? Because he’s the head coach of the Titans, duh. While Tennessee is on its bye week, seeing Vrabel hanging out with a different team’s owner was bit odd/awkward for some fans on social media.
Falcons fans and fantasy football players alike were in the midst of a first-half meltdown as rookie running back Bijan Robinson didn’t receive a single carry through two quarters against the Buccaneers. It was a confusing half as Robinson was also only on the field for six total snaps as well.
But at halftime, Falcons coach Arthur Smith addressed the topic on the broadcast, telling NFL on FOX sideline reporter Kristina Pink that Robinson is “just not feeling all that great.
Since the moment Myles Garrett entered the league, he’s been one of the most dominant defenders in the NFL.
Heading into Sunday’s game against the Colts, Garrett was one of the favorites to be named Defensive Player of the Year at the end of the season, and with his performance against Indianapolis, he might have put one hand on the trophy.
Garrett’s first game-changing play came not on defense, but special teams. With the Colts and Browns tied 14-14 in the second quarter, Indianapolis was lining up for a 60-yard field goal attempt.
