Week 9 of the college football season provided plenty of excitement, and a handful of upsets to boot. 
The most notable upset came courtesy of unranked Kansas, who welcomed No. 6 Oklahoma to town and dispatched the College Football Playoff contenders, 38–33. Elsewhere, No. 17 North Carolina fell to unranked Georgia Tech for its second consecutive loss as a double-digit favorite.
No. 1 Georgia took care of business in emphatic fashion with a 23-point win against rival Florida, while No. 3 Ohio State and No. 5 Washington survived tough road tests to continue their undefeated seasons.

The Blue Jays journeyed up to the Lehigh Valley for a matchup against Muhlenberg College Mules in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Colorado already had its hands full against No. 25 UCLA Saturday evening—the Bruins are a Chip Kelly-coached team, after all, and the Buffaloes have hardly been airtight on defense this season.
However, one particular play in the first half thinned out Colorado’s defense even further. With 3:18 left in the second quarter, Buffaloes safety Shilo Sanders laid a massive hit on UCLA running back Carsen Ryan. As he celebrated, the officials flagged him for targeting and he was promptly ejected from the game.

Jordan Poole tried to bring some Steph Curry magic to the Wizards’ game on Saturday night. It did not work.
Facing the Grizzlies, Poole spotted up for a corner three in the first quarter. With the ball still hanging in the air, Poole turned around to face the crowd and the Memphis bench, anticipating an explosion from the home fans as his shot fell through the net.
This celebration is a staple of Curry’s arsenal, and a move that Poole saw up close a number of times during his years with Golden State.
