In his ascent up Formula One’s all-time wins leaderboard, Max Verstappen has tied one of the sport’s luminaries.
Verstappen won his 41st career race at Sunday’s Canadian Grand Prix, moving the Dutch driver into a tie with Brazil’s Ayrton Senna for fifth-most in the series’ history.
The two racing greats trail Great Britain’s Lewis Hamilton (103 wins from 2007–present), Germany’s Michael Schumacher (91 wins from 1991–2006 and 2010–12), Germany’s Sebastian Vettel (53 wins from 2007–2022), and France’s Alain Prost (51 wins from 1980–91 and ’93).

Well, one group of parents in Florida decided to bring out all the big guns to make sure their tournament was played, including their air-boats.
If you’ve ever been to Okeechobee, Florida than you know that air-boats are just as common as the regular vehicle.
Tell me if you’ve heard this one, but for the 41st time in his career, Max Verstappen has won a Formula 1 Grand Prix.
The Dutchman won the Canadian Grand Prix. though not by the massive thirty-second margin he has won by at times this year. With that win, Verstappen ties the late, great Ayrton Senna for 5th on F1’s all-time wins list.
It’s worth noting, however, that Senna did it in fewer starts…
The fact that Verstappen didn’t drive off into the sunset is a clue that teams like Mercedes and Aston Martin could be closing in on Red Bull and their all-conquering RB19.

For those who don’t know, the PGA Tour is not responsible for any of the four major tournaments. In fact, each is put on by a different governing body. The USGA organizes the US Open. And former champions Matt Fitzpatrick and Brooks Koepka both took shots at this week’s set up at Los Angeles Country Club.
After Friday’s second round, Koepka said he didn’t think Los Angeles Country Club was fit for a US Open Championship.
“I’m not a huge fan of this place,” Koepka told reporters.
