In Week 7, NBC had an incredible Sunday Night Football matchup: the Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles. Billed as a potential Super Bowl matchup, the game didn’t quite live up to expectations. Still, over 20 million Americans tuned in. Don’t expect that for the Chicago Bears at Los Angeles Chargers game that wrapped up Sunday.
The “Taylor Swift Bowl” between the Chiefs and Jets in Week 4 was the most-watched Sunday Night Football game of the year, pulling in nearly 25 million viewers.

Stephen Curry brought Halloween fright to Dillon Brooks a couple of days early when the Warriors and Rockets matched up on Sunday night.
Late in the fourth quarter, Curry led the Warriors on an impressive 12–2 run, drilling four consecutive three-pointers to put the game away.
Before Curry’s flurry, Golden State’s lead was just 88–87 with five minutes to play. Two minutes and four Curry threes later, it was 100–89 and the Warriors could shift into cruise control.
The wildest of Curry’s threes was his fourth of the run.

The undeniable bond between Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown was again on full display during Week 8 as the Eagles stars stole another show on a historic day for the wide receiver. 
An eight-catch, 130-yard, two-touchdown day by Brown in a narrow 38–31 road win over the Commanders made the veteran receiver the first in NFL history to log 125-plus yards in six consecutive games, passing a mark previously held by Lions legend Calvin Johnson (5).

The Bears were in dire need of a spark during the second quarter of Week 8’s Sunday night matchup against the Chargers. Chicago trailed 17–0 when the offense drew up a deep pass for wide receiver Velus Jones.
Jones, who beat his coverage by a country mile, somehow slipped while turning to track the ball, causing him to fall over and drop what would’ve been an otherwise uncontested touchdown pass.
Tyson Bagent’s pass was right on the money, so much so that it still hit Jones square in the chest when he landed on his back.
