Deion Sanders had a simple message for Colorado after blowing a 29-point lead to Stanford:
His team’s performance was utterly “pathetic.”
The Buffaloes started Friday night by running up a 29-0 lead on the Cardinal, and it looked like Colorado was about to cruise to its fifth win of the season. Instead, the team had an all-time collapse and lost in double OT 46-43.

Giannis Antetokounmpo appears to feel right at home playing alongside new Bucks addition Damian Lillard. After the team’s 108-97 preseason victory over the Lakers on Sunday night, Antetokounmpo gushed with praise for Lillard and specifically the impact he makes the initial tip of the game.

He’s playing for a Year 1 head coach and working with a first-time offensive coordinator. All of it might make you assume this is some sort of Checkdown Charlie operation.

Each NBA season, the league floods the market with alternate jerseys, hoping to capitalize on fans’ nostalgia for a team’s old look or a successful era of yesteryear. In recent seasons, NBA teams have broken out of regular color schemes and designs with “City Edition“ jerseys from Nike that often feature bold creativity.
However, Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma thinks it’s all a bit too much. Teams have so many alternate jerseys now that players seem to be sporting a different look in nearly every game.
