On Monday, Colts cornerback Isaiah Rodgers was reported by several outlets to be under investigation by the NFL for a possible violation of its gambling policy.
Rodgers responded by issuing a statement on his Instagram Monday night, acknowledging the reports and expressing remorse for his conduct.
“Addressing the current reports, I want to take full responsibility for my actions. I know I have made mistakes and I am willing to do whatever it takes to repair the situation,” Rodgers wrote.

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac and Jerry Kelly played a fantastic round together after John Daly was a no-show at the Geneva National.
Paige Spiranac was scheduled to play a charity match against John Daly Monday in what was being billed as the ‘Beauty vs. The Beast celebrity charity match.’ Unfortunately, the latter was a no-show for the event, leaving Spiranac hanging.
As she is known to do, the golf influencer made lemonade out of lemons anyway. She and Jerry Kelly played the round together instead.

Jim Hines, a two-time Olympic gold medalist who was the first man officially timed at under 10 seconds in the 100-meter sprint, died on Saturday. He was 76.
World Athletics announced Hines’s death in a Sunday release. Echoing the global governing body’s sentiments, USA Track and Field tweeted, “The sport has lost a legend.”
Hines is best known for two iconic races in 1968. On June 20 of that year, he was clocked running the 100-meter sprint in a world-record 9.9 seconds by a manual timer in Sacramento, Calif. (adjusted to 10.03 seconds electronically). On Oct.

Duke Giarraputo may not be the most sought-after prospect in the college football recruiting Class of 2025 (yet), but he might be the coolest. His recent visit to the University of Arizona led to an all-time recruiting moment.
Giarraputo is a 6-foot-3, 205-pound athlete from Westlake Village, California. He plays for Oaks Christian High School and is set to enter his junior year this fall.
