The Falcons improved to 4-3 with a win in Week 7 over the Buccaneers, though prized rookie Bijan Robinson was barely a factor for Atlanta’s offense.
The No. 8 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft carried the ball just one time during Sunday’s win, as he scarcely saw the field throughout the game, apart from a rush late in the fourth quarter, on the Falcons’ second to last play of the game.
Robinson spoke to reporters after the game and explained the reason for his limited role, indicating that he’d been under the weather.
“My head was hurting.

The Packers were looking to get aggressive early against the Broncos.
Green Bay’s second drive of the game had stalled around midfield, with the Packers facing fourth-and-6, but rather than punt the ball away, head coach Matt LaFleur elected to keep his offense on the field and see if they could pick up the first down.
Unfortunately for LaFleur, his offense never got the chance, as the Packers were flagged for a false start penalty, turning the fourth-and-6 opportunity into a far more challenging fourth-and-11.

The Lions entered Sunday’s showdown against the Ravens with the spotlight. Many pundits made the case this week that the Lions are as good as the NFC’s 49ers and Eagles.
As for the Ravens, they were being overshadowed in the AFC North by the Bengals’ recent surge. Not many were taking Baltimore seriously, thanks to two puzzling losses to the Steelers and Colts earlier this season.

The Lions entered their Week 7 game against the Ravens as winners in five of their last six games for the first time since 2011 and riding a four-game winning streak.

The “unseasoned Griddy” is back.

During the Miami Dolphins’ Week 2 win over the Baltimore Ravens last year Gesicki dropped his debut Griddy on all of us, drawing comparisons to the Roadrunner in the process. The tight end was immediately roasted online, and apparently at home, as Gesicki admitted in the wake of his debut that he had to promise his wife that his Griddy days were over.

Sunday’s game between the Colts and Browns came down to the wire.
Late in the fourth quarter, Indianapolis was holding on to a 38–33 lead, but Cleveland had the ball and was driving for a potential game-winning touchdown.
With 47 seconds left on the clock, it looked like the Colts had sealed the game with a fumble recovery, but a defensive penalty negated the turnover and gave the Browns first-and-goal from eight yards out.
On the very next play, Cleveland quarterback PJ Walker threw up a prayer toward Donovan Peoples-Jones in the end zone.
