Welcome to 32 teams in 32 days. To get us through the offseason, we’ll be taking a closer look at every team in the league, in order of projected 2023 win totals. Up next: the Colts.
After a dreadful 4–12 season, the Colts finally realized that a temporary veteran quarterback in need of a fresh start wasn’t the answer to building a winning operation.
Indianapolis had some success as a wild-card team with Philip Rivers in 2020, before missing the postseason in back-to-back seasons with Carson Wentz and Matt Ryan as the starting quarterbacks.
Following the stunning announcement of the merger between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf, Jay Monahan was lambasted and immediately labeled a hypocrite. It wasn’t just golf fans on social media calling out the PGA Tour commissioner, however, plenty of Tour players during Tuesday’s players-only meeting fiercely criticized Monahan as well.
Remember when Zach Wilson, Trey Lance and Mac Jones were all believed to be worthy of top-five selections? Good times. This was the age of the 2021 NFL draft, where the debate raged after Trevor Lawrence went first to the Jaguars.
Of course, with hindsight, the Jets’ No. 2 pick should have been easy. Grab the phone, call the league and scream the name Micah Parsons. Luckily for the Cowboys, that isn’t what happened.
So how would the 2021 draft go if the teams could do it again, knowing what they know now? We took a run at it, combining the best player available with needs.

Logan Paul learned he probably shouldn’t try to wrestle Israel Adesanya.
The older Paul brother has done a bit of fighting in the boxing world, and famously boxed Floyd Mayweather. He doesn’t have the boxing career of his bother, but he’s definitely a solid athlete.
Logan Paul has also regularly teased possibly hopping into the cage for an MMA bout. While there might be some people can catch fight with and win, Israel Adesanya definitely isn’t one of them.
Brett Yormark’s dream of adding more basketball powers to the Big 12 could be facing serious roadblocks.
Yorkmark has been very clear his goal is to expand the Big 12 with as many great brands as the conference can rope in. UCF, Cincy, Houston and BYU will play their first Big 12 football season this upcoming fall.
It’s believed several PAC-12 teams are being hunted by Yormark’s conference, and there’s been reporting to indicate Colorado and Arizona could be on the way.
