The ball went straight up!
There are plenty of amazing highlights this season. Andre Drummond’s Euro step on Tuesday night was not one of them.

Drummond followed a quite frankly beautiful steal, with one of the saddest finishes I have ever seen in the NBA. A missed dunk is one thing, a trip is another — but slowly executing a Euro step before lofting the ball straight up, touching it and getting hit with a foul is another entirely.
I don’t even know what arc he was going for with this shot, or how it came out like this.

After Tuesday’s games, Boston has the best record in the league, leading the Eastern Conference at 38–16.
Celtics fans, you may want to keep your television/computer/phone permanently on ESPN’s platforms come March 1. 
The media conglomerate is planning to dedicate an entire day of coverage to the Eastern Conference champions for the initiative “Boston Celtics All-Access.” Beginning on SportsCenter at 7 am ET, ESPN’s platforms will air “wall-to-wall” coverage of the Celtics, including on “Get Up, First Take, the noon SportsCenter, NBA Today, the 6 p.m.

Jalen Hurts was one of the NFL’s best players throughout this season. He also has swagger, but he has earned it. According to his teammates, no one works harder.

Anthony Davis had the best seat in the house when NBA history was made Tuesday night.
The entire basketball world was tuned into witness the Los Angeles Lakers host the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Everyone wanted to see history made, with LeBron James needing to score 36 points to surpass Kareem Abdul-Jabaar as the NBA’s all-time scoring leader.
With all eyes fixated on James in the third quarter, he caught a pass, did a turnaround jumper and nailed the two-pointer to cement himself into basketball history.

People are freaking out, as you’d expect.
Tuesday night was all about LeBron James breaking the NBA scoring record, but now it’s morphing into something a little bit different. LeBron said something very curious during a post-game interview with Shaq.

Less than three months after winning a national title as a star player, Erin Matson made the short walk—and quantum leap—from the Tar Heels’ locker room to the coaches’ office.

Matson led the Tar Heels to an undefeated national title in November, graduated in December, and was announced as the head coach on Jan. 31.

Two days into the job, the new coach of North Carolina field hockey walks down the stairs at the team’s facility and greets a visitor with a firm handshake, an easy smile and an offer to tour the building.

Cartier Woods, a senior at Northwestern High School in Michigan, collapsed during the middle of a basketball game on Jan. 31. The 18-year-old unfortunately passed away on Feb. 6 after being put on life support.
According to the Detroit Free Press, Woods collapsed only a few minutes into the game shortly after telling his coach, George Tyson, that he was “feeling dizzy.” Tyson didn’t even have enough time to react to Woods before he collapsed onto the hardwood.
Woods’ coach immediately began administering CPR before first responders arrived about 10 minutes later.

Bronny James could end up playing college basketball, unlike his famous father, but “some of the moves Bronny has shown on the court are clearly from dad.

“Both LeBron and Bronny are powerful, have strong builds and are big-time athletes. Obviously, Bronny is significantly smaller than dad, but their mannerisms are the same in the way they stand and run and some of the moves Bronny has shown on the court are clearly from dad.

Foggy windows will be a thing of the past with this gadget.
